The four-line VCUT05A4-05S-G-08 bidirectional symmetrical (BiSy) ESD protection diode array specifies a typical capacitance of 16 pF and a leakage current of less than 0.1 mA at a working voltage of 5V. With a profile of 0.7 mm, the device provides transient protection on four data lines as per IEC 61000 4 2 (ESD) at ±25 kV (air discharge) and ±20 kV (contact discharge).
