Enlarging the company’s family of automotive-qualified power MOSFETs are devices with on resistances as low as 2.6 m? at 55V. Devices range from 40V to 100V, including the first 75V offerings, and offer maximum current ratings up to 240A in a D2Pak-7P and 195A in a D2Pak. The recently-added devices are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards and feature a lead-free and RoHS-compliant bill of materials.
