Viable for power-sensitive portable apps, the WM8962 audio hub provides flexible analog mixing options, multiple onboard clock generators, ADCs and DACs, and support for multiple analog and digital microphones. Its digital-signal processor features multiple preset algorithms and includes 3D widening for recording, a five-band parametric equalizer, and a dynamic range controller. Other hub features include a stereo Class-D speaker driver delivering 1W per channel into 8? loads or 2W mono into a 4? load, operation from a 5V supply, and pop/click suppression.
