36V Op Amps Infiltrate Industrial Inroads

Nov. 9, 2010
Targeting industrial markets are three families of 36V single, dual and quad operational amplifiers.

Targeting industrial markets are three families of 36V single, dual and quad operational amplifiers. The OPAx140 JFET input op amps feature rail-to-rail outputs as well what TI claims to be the lowest noise and widest supply range in its class. The OPAx209 series combines rail-to-rail outputs and very low voltage noise density with wide gain bandwidth. The general-purpose OPAx171 family features the industry’s smallest packages, i.e., up to 90% smaller than industry-standard packaging. Depending on the family and device, pricing starts at $0.40 each in production quantities. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC., Dallas, TX. (800) 477-8924.
