The component incorporates a IGBT driver for signal switching along with desaturation detection and fault status feedback systems for constant signal protection. Available in a 16-lead SO-16 surface mount package, it is compliant to UL 1577, IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2, and CSA industrial safety standards.
