Enabling precise signal conditioning in industrial applications, the MAX9632 and MAX9633 low-noise, 35V operational amplifiers employ a proprietary complementary BiCMOS process.

Enabling precise signal conditioning in industrial applications, the MAX9632 and MAX9633 low-noise, 35V operational amplifiers employ a proprietary complementary BiCMOS process. The MAX9632 is a single op amp with an input-voltage noise density of 0.94nV/ÖHz, offset of 125 µV, and an offset temperature coefficient of 0.5 µV/°C. The MAX9633 is a dual op amp with an input-voltage noise density of 3nV/ÖHz, an offset of 200 µV, and an offset temperature coefficient of 0.9 µV/°C. Both devices offer THD specifications better than -136 dB. Prices for the MAX9632 and MAX9633 are $3.39 and $2.39 each/1,000, respectively. MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS, Sunnyvale, CA. (800) 998-8800.
