The ADC24 is described as the easiest to use analog to digital conversion system in a 24-pin, DIP IC.

The ADC24 is described as the easiest to use analog to digital conversion system in a 24-pin, DIP IC. The device requires only +5 Vdc and Ground as well as the analog signal input to produce eight-bit parallel digital data on its outputs. It supports analog signals from DC to 60 to 100 kHz and only valid datum appears on the digital-data outputs. A SYNC output indicates the latest update of the digital data on the outputs.
