Expanding the company’s high-intercept low-noise amplifier (HILNA) offerings, the HILNA 3G covers a frequency range from 1 GHz to 3 GHz with a gain of 50 dB. Smaller than its predecessors, it measures 3.3 cubic inches and weighs 3 oz., making the LNA suitable for system integration where footprint, high gain, and broadband operation are determining factors. Additionally, the LNA is completely characterized over temperature, supply voltage, and frequency. NUWAVES ENGINEERING, Middletown, OH.  (513) 360-0800.
