3A Laser/LED Switch Operates Spike Free

Oct. 10, 2011
Promoted as operating extremely fast and spike-free, the iC-HG laser/LED switch provides six independent channels rated at 0.5A each that can combine freely.

Promoted as operating extremely fast and spike-free, the iC-HG laser/LED switch provides six independent channels rated at 0.5A each that can combine freely. Residing in a QFN package measuring 5-mm wide, the device drives up to six laser diodes or LEDs or can supply 3 x 1 A if switched in parallel and in pairs for RGB apps. The six channels are in parallel for a maximum current of 3A and selecting current settings for each channel is via individual control-voltage inputs. Working off a laser diode supply voltage up to 12V, the iC-HG is also suitable for use with blue laser diodes. IC-HAUS CORP., Pinckney, MI. (734) 878-5655.
