The TS1100 family of 1 µA current-sense amplifiers cut offset to 30 µV, said to be over three times tighter than the closest competitor. The family offers four gain options from 25 V/V to 200 V/V. Other features include a wide input common-mode voltage range from +2.0V to +25V, an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, a gain error of less than 0.5% maximum, input common mode range of +2V to +25V, and five-pin SOT23 packaging.
