Equipped to accept isolated single-ended, differential and high voltage inputs from thermocouples, RTDs, dc bridge, and frequency-to-voltage conversions, the Dash 4u portable four-channel data acquisition field recorder eliminates the need for any signal conditioning or additional front-end filtering. Features include a 10.4" active color LCD, two additional channels for real-time mathematics, uninterruptible power supply, internal 4GB hard drive, and built-in 100MB removable Zip drive for data transfer, archiving and software updates. It also comes with the firm's Windows-based AstroSET software for quick and easy test setups, review and analysis on PCs. Programs are compatible with Windows 95/98/NT. Unit captures real-time data at up to 5 kHz.
