The company claims it is currently manufacturing the world's first over-clocked 4-GB SO-DIMM running at 1,600 MHz. Targeting the latest extreme portable workstations and gaming machines, the 4GB SO-DIMM will be able to remove the memory bottleneck created by current 1,333 MHz limitations.
