Groomed for use trimming power consumption in multimode 4G Remote Radio Head (RRH) Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output (MIMO) receivers, the LTC5569 dual RF mixer features a 26.8dBm IIP3 figure and a power consumption of 300 mW per mixer.

Groomed for use trimming power consumption in multimode 4G Remote Radio Head (RRH) Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output (MIMO) receivers, the LTC5569 dual RF mixer features a 26.8dBm IIP3 figure and a power consumption of 300 mW per mixer. It operates over a 300-MHz to 4-GHz frequency range and is configurable to operate on all cellular bands from 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz. Each channel integrates a balun transformer at the RF and LO inputs. Measuring 4 mm x 4 mm in a QFN package, the LTC5569 specifies a case operating temperature from -40°C to +105°C and operates from a single 3.3V supply while drawing 180 mA when both channels are on. Price starts at $8.50 each/1,000. LINEAR TECHNOLOGY CORP., Milpitas, CA. (800) 454-6327.
