Surface Mount Clock Oscillator
Ruby Quartz now offers the first free running non temperature compensated clock oscillators at stability of down to ±10PPM over an all-inclusive room plus temperature stability of from -40 to+85°C in a frequency range of 2.5 MHz to 55MHz.
The newly introduced COM2 Series, filling a grey area of stability performance from previously available product is produced in a ultra-small package of a mere 5.0 X 3.3 mm making it ideal for usages in Wireless LANs, where the enable/disable function, low phase noise, low current consumption and tight stability are prime design needs.
Operating voltage ranges can be from 1.8 to 5.0 Vdc at a maximum of 7.0 Ma depending on frequency and stability requirements within their operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The Ruby Quartz COM2 series is RoHS compliant.
The new Ruby Quartz COM2 Series Surface Mount Clock Oscillators are being quoted at a two to three week basis for sample requests with pricing for production quantities currently $1.00 ea. in lots of 10,000 pieces on a 6 - 8 week delivery ARO.
