Ametherm introduced a new series of NTC thermistor probe assemblies with ring lug terminals for high-accuracy temperature sensing and measurement

Ametherm introduced a new series of NTC thermistor probe assemblies with ring lug terminals for high-accuracy temperature sensing and measurement. Completely customizable to meet the specific needs of any application, PANR series devices are available in a variety of housings and lead wire gauges while providing fast response times and up to 4 KV of isolation voltage.

Ametherm's NTC thermistors are manufactured from a specially formulated metal oxide ceramic material that is extremely accurate in sensing temperature. PANR probe assemblies utilize this same material in a variety of housings while offering ring lug terminals to enable easy and secure surface mounting in transformers, electric motors, air sensors, and HVAC systems.

Providing a high-stability replacement for PT100 thermocouples, PANR assemblies experience minimal drift from their initial electrical values. The devices feature resistance at 25 °C from 0.5 ohms to 250.0 ohms, beta from 3,500 K to 4,500 K, a dissipation constant of 3 mW/°C, a thermal time constant of 40.0 s, and maximum power of 125 mW. The assemblies offer a mounting hole diameter of 4.4 mm.

Offered through Mouser, samples of the PANR series are available within one week of request. Production quantities are available with lead times of four weeks. Pricing for U.S. delivery starts at $1.56 per piece.
