Available in 1/6 through 10 HP models with 90 programmable parameters, ACX and BCX adjustable speed ac micro-controllers are 115, 208/230 and 460 vac single- and three-phase units housed in rugged, compact NEMA 1 ventilated enclosures. The units offer an external analog reference source with a 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 vdc follower. When properly programmed, the ACX can start into a rotating motor without tripping the drive. Options include a kit that enables the smaller controls to be mounted on a 35-mm DIN rail and a complete magnetic bypass that allows the motor to be directly connected to the ac line by bypassing the control altogether.
