The TA333 linear drive features a true Class-AB linear amplifier with pure analog throughput at currents up to 25A. Configurable, the drive supports brushless motors using external sinusoidal commutation, internally-commutated brushless motors with Hall Effect sensor feedback, two-phase stepper motors, or up to two voice coil motors. For noise-sensitive apps, it operates from an external 24-Vdc source. For applications not as sensitive to electrical noise, an internal 24-Vdc source is the ticket. The ±100V, 25A peak linear drive interfaces with any motion controller with a ±10-Vdc command output and is capable of generating two ±10-Vdc command signals. Other features include a package measuring 37.9 mm x 19.5 mm x 11.9 mm, integral variable-speed forced-air cooling, SMB coaxial connectors, and pluggable-terminal connectors.
