A cooling capacity of 200 BTU/hour is provided by the AHP-300XE, a Peltier cooler that can withstand harsh outdoor environments containing corrosive substances, windblown dust, water and other particulates in accordance with NEMA-4X specifications. The maintenance-free unit contains no filters, compressor, piping or fluorocarbons. The 7.5-lb. unit runs from 12/24/48 vdc input and is mounted in stud-and-gasket fashion to maintain NEMA integrity of enclosures. It's suited for use in industrial locations such as steel and paper mills, chemical and oil refineries, or on ships.
