The new PF25 stepper motor measures 25 mm in diameter and integrates a lead screw shaft. It is available with either Anisotropic ferrite or neodymium magnets. Motors using neodymium magnets have a holding torque of 1.84 oz.-in. Said to be unique, the motor has a 3-mm diameter threaded shaft, as opposed to standard threading of 4-40 or 4-48. Users can specify shafts up to a maximum of 25.4 mm in length. Operating voltages of 5V and 12V are available, as well as unipolar, bipolar and custom windings. Single-unit price is $25.
