In the HTC Series of high-temperature thick-film chip resistors, designers will find devices with high stability that handle extremely high temperatures. The chip resistors feature an operating temperature to +200°C and are available in standard chip sizes including 1206, 2010 and 2512 packages. In addition, they offer superior power-handling capabilities and extended resistance and working-voltage ranges. This combination of attributes makes the HTC Series resistors suited for such harsh environments as automotive under-hood applications, down-hole instrumentation, oil and gas equipment, motor controls, power supplies, and circuit-protection tasks. The resistors feature lead-free wrap-around terminations with a leach-resistant nickel barrier. They meet MIL-STD-202 specifications for load life, moisture resistance and thermal shock. Resistance range is from 1.0 ? to 10 M?. Maximum voltage ratings for the 1206, 2010 and 2512 chip sizes are 200 V, 400 V and 500 V, respectively. Tolerances are to ±0.5%, ±1% and ±5%, with absolute TCRs of ±100ppm/°C. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +200°C. Typical pricing for the HTC Series chip resistors ranges from $0.37 to $0.42 each in lots of 5000 pieces. Lead time is from seven to eight weeks. TT ELECTRONICS IRC, Corpus Christi, TX.
