55V, 50A Power MOSFET Features 0.008 ohm On-Resistance

Packaged in a ceramic SMD-1 package, n-channel CMI-5550-CHR power MOSFET is rated at 55V, 50A with an on-resistance of 0.008 ohms. The CHR series of power MOSFETs are available in SMD-1, TO-3, TO-257, TO-254 and TO-258 packages. The MOS-PEP power series combines state-of-the-art MOSFETs with Composite Module's PEP (Packaged Enhanced Performance) technology to produce thermal efficiencies up to 97%. Applications for the FETs include power supplies, motor drives, inverters, choppers, audio amplifiers, and high energy pulse circuits.
