Star-Delta Relay Has Multiple Time Delays

Equipped with multiple time delays, the compact KOL 251 star-delta relay fits in limited space on DIN rail systems and is designed for use in motor starting applications. The system measures just 17.5 mm wide and conforms to DIN rail-mounting packaging standards. Multiple time-delay ranges of three seconds, 10 seconds, one minute, and 10 minutes can be set with a screwdriver from the front panel. In addition A star-delta relay can operate from dual supply voltages of 24/240 vac and 24/48 vdc with the use of only two terminals and nothing to program or switch. The device also detects and switches to the power supply voltage present. The switching capacity of the unit is 5A at 250 vac. A version with 8A switching capacity is available in a larger, 22.5 mm size.
