Compact Module Controls Induction Motor Speed

Providing adjustable linear acceleration and deceleration for soft start applications, KBVF Adjustable Frequency Drive is designed for use with three-phase ac induction motors. The compact module offers a sinewave coded PWM at 16 kHz output voltage to provide high motor torque, high efficiency and low noise. And trimpot adjustments eliminate the computer-like programming required with other solutions, and no adjustments are required for most applications. Other main features of the variable speed control are adjustable rms current limit, and I2t motor overload protection.
