The G30A planetary gearbox for Pittman DC motors boasts superior torque capacity, performance life, shaft loading capability, and low audible noise characteristics in a small, lightweight, and economical package. It is capable of equipping at least five different series Pittman motors in various models to meet a wide range of gearmotor applications. Standard diameters measure 30.5 mm for round versions and 38 mm for square types and gearbox lengths range from 22.7 mm to 40.3 mm. Gearboxes weigh from 110g to 186g depending on the model. They achieve reduction ratios to 46656:1 in 4:1, 5:1, and 6:1 multiples and a total of 79 gearbox ratios are configurable. Maximum load capabilities range from 0.75 Nm for single-stage models and up to 8.8 Nm for versions with four stages or greater.
