The R5310L Series of composite power supply ICs combines all analog drivers and power management functions on a single chip. Intended for use in GSM, PDC and CDMA cell phones and other battery-powered equipment, the chips contain eight voltage regulators, three voltage detectors, a battery monitor, three LED drivers, and a ringer driver. The 7 mm x 7 mm, 32-pin QFP's eight regulators have high ripple rejection and provide for noise-sensitive RF circuits. Two of the regulators are externally programmable. One regulator, with a typical output current of 150 mA, is designed for a motor driver such as a vibrator. Standby power consumption for the chips is 10 µA. Output voltage accuracy is rated at ±2% with output steps incremented at 0.10V from 2.5V to 3.3V.
