Offering a leadscrew drive and non-recirculating ball or roller bearings for smooth motion, the CP3 miniature linear positioner has a 2.63" x 1.75" cross section. The positioner is well-suited for applications such as test and inspection instruments, light/intermittent duty assembly, small part/sensor positioning, and space-constrained vertical translation. It has a black anodized finish, a NEMA 23 motor mount, 1" to 5" travel, load capacity up to 50 lbs. for horizontal motion, and vertical/axial load capacity to 15 lbs. Bidirectional repeatability is 0.0005" with drive accuracy to ±0.0005 in./in. and linear speed up to 4 in./s. Options include extended travel to 6", a NEMA 17 motor adapter, and linear encoders (TTL or line driver output).
