With a proprietary rhombic moving-coil design for long life, low electrical noise, fast acceleration and high efficiency, a 20-mm integrated gearmotor combines the motor and gearhead in one housing to save space and reduce cost. The ironless rotor allows for zero cogging and simple, accurate control. The gearmotor measures 20 mm in diameter, is 21 mm long, and weighs 20 grams. Three motor windings and ratios range from 2.57:1 to 55:1. Depending on the winding and ratio selected, the maximum speed is up to 4700 rpm while maximum torque is up to 30 mNm (4.3 oz-in.). Ambient temperature range is -20°C to 65°C. Matching encoders or additional gear ratios are available.
