A line of two-wire brushless dc motors is available as drop-in replacements for brush-type motors. Units are available in 8, 10, 12, 15, 18 and 33 frame sizes and can be supplied with ferrite, Alnico, samarium cobalt or high-energy neodymium-iron-boron magnets and custom windings to meet torque and speed requirements. The long-life servos are suited for applications such as process control, pumps, packaging, medical, aerospace, and robotics.Commutation electronics are located within the motor housing, making it unnecessary to change drive electronics or cabling to integrate these motors into existing applications.
