With over 280 different 8- and 16-bit members, the F2MC Series of microcontrollers provides a broad range of performance and memory and peripheral sets for applications in automotive, consumer, industrial and computing markets. Non-volatile memory choices include flash, mask ROM and OTP memory. Clocks are from 32 kHz to 64 MHz.Among the more versatile peripherals available is Controller Area Network (CAN) functionality for automotive and industrial-control applications. Also offered are many motor control functions, as well as A/D and D/A blocks and traditional peripherals such as timers and I/O ports.
