Designed as a totally new product, complete with new motors, chassis, printhead, µP and packaging, DMX-I-4206 thermal printer can produce a 203 dpi, 4"-wide image at 6" per second and supports all popular linear and 2D bar code symbologies. Processor is a 32-bit Motorola Coldfire with new firmware, 8 MB RAM, and IEEE 1284-compliant parallel interface supporting bidirectional parallel and Ethernet connections.
