Employed primarily in motor drive systems and radio and RF transmitters, the CT300 Series of power bridge rectifiers is rated up to 300A at 400V to 1200V in 55°C ambient conditions and up to 400A using forced air cooling. The new power bridge rectifiers also offer a high, 3000A surge rating and over-voltage stress reduction by using metal oxide varistors (MOVs).
The design of CT300 Series power bridge rectifiers can also be customized to achieve higher or lower voltages, forward currents, surge currents, and other configurations and parameters.
As to pricing, a 300A, 1000VVRRM unit (part number CT300K3AA100) costs $485 each in quantities of 10, with delivery times ranging from stock to three weeks.
