These high-performance AC servo systems are said to provide accurate positioning, full close control with a built-in encoder, and Windows 95/98-compatible configuring software. The servo systems are UL, CE, C and EC approved, as well as rated for IP65. Three types of motor-inertia levels are available: low inertia for positioning, IC-mounting, and wafer-handling applications; middle inertia for CNC, robotic arms, and conveyor systems; and high inertia for heavy-duty applications such as woodworking and specialized CNC machines. Other features include an RS-232 and an RS-485 interface that are network capable for up to 16 servos.
