For low- and mid-voltage motor drive applications the likes of power tools, servo drives, garden equipment, and electric vehicles, the IRS200x family of half-bridge, high- and low-side drivers offer low-voltage ratings of 24V, 36V, and 48V and mid-voltage ratings of 60V, 80V, and 100V. Under-voltage lockout protection is a standard feature across the family, while the IRS2003 and IRS2004 also include dead-time protection. In addition, the IRS2004 features a shutdown input pin. The IRS200x devices are available in 8-pin SOIC and DIP packages and feature a gate voltage up to 20V, typical turn-on current of 290 mA, and typical turn-off current of 600 mA.
