Described as high-performance BGA sockets for 0.8-mm pitch SDRAM, the SG-BGA-6252 hosts a 9 mm x11 mm, 0.8-mm pitch 60-pin BGA package and the SG-BGA-6253 socket handles 9 mm x 13 mm, 0.8-mm pitch 84-pin BGAs. Both operate at bandwidths up to 8 GHz

Described as high-performance BGA sockets for 0.8-mm pitch SDRAM, the SG-BGA-6252 hosts a 9 mm x11 mm, 0.8-mm pitch 60-pin BGA package and the SG-BGA-6253 socket handles 9 mm x 13 mm, 0.8-mm pitch 84-pin BGAs. Both operate at bandwidths up to 8 GHz with less than 1 dB of insertion loss and are capable of dissipating up to several Watts without extra heat sinking or more power with a custom heat sink. Contact resistance is typically 25 milliOhms per contact. Other features include an operating temperature range from -35°C to +100°C and a pin inductance of 0.28 nH.
