Designed for flat or round DeviceNet media, MultiMate consists of an I/O module, a base, and all the interconnecting cables. The interconnects are capable of withstanding washdown and other harsh environments. The system is IP67 rated; is UL, CSA, CE approved; and carries Marine Certification. Powered with DeviceNet v2.0, MultiMate offers diagnostics such as selectable input filter times and output fault latching; hardware watchdog circuits; and autobauding. It configures itself for two, four, eight or 16 NPN/PNP inputs and offers two, four or eight 1A output switching and node addressing through software or rotary switches. Similar products are available for Profibus, DP, Asi and Interbus.
