Heatsinks Cool Where Extrusions Can’t

Targeting RF amplifiers and laser diodes, the Therma-Base of vapor chamber heatsinks are plate-shaped heat pipes used as the base of a heatsink to minimize spreading resistance at the heat source. Custom-designed for the application, a single heatsink can cool multiple components with varying heat fluxes. Typical heat loads range from 50 to 500 W with heat fluxes up to and above 90 W/cm².
