Offered as high-density components, the CBD, HMM, and NCS terminal blocks allow users to select the appropriate method of wire termination to fit their applications. The CBD screw-clamp family features 94-V0 molded housings, nickel-plated copper alloy metal bodies, captive screws, and clamps that accept wire sizes from 28 AWG to 4/0 cables. The HMM spring clamp terminal blocks are available in configurations that accept 2-, 3-, or 4-wire conductors in a single terminal block. They are also available in disconnect, double level, and fuse styles. The NCS insulation displacement connection (IDC) terminal blocks, designed to reduce labor, are said to have the smallest overall size of any comparable block on the market. Available in a screw clamp to IDC version, these components do not require special tools for wire termination and accept wire sizes from 20 AWG to 16 AWG.
