Appropriate for rugged plant environments with networked discrete or process automation and control, the DataCELL FOUNDATION fieldbus cable carries ratings for instrument-tray cable and power-limited-tray cable exposed-run applications. Meeting these requirements eliminates the need for a conduit when installing the cable in accordance with current National Electrical Code amendments. Complying with FOUNDATION fieldbus H1 specification for type A, the cable is available in 18 AWG with a foil or braided shield, and with or without a ground wire. The cable’s PVC jacket is available in standard and custom colors and versions. NORTHWIRE INC., Osceola, WI. (877) 210-9945.
