Capable of dissipating several Watts without extra heat sinking, the component can sustain up to 100W when paired with a custom heat sink. Contact resistance is typically 23 mΩ per pin. Other features include a low-inductance elastomer housing, an operating temperature range from -35°C to +85°C, a pin inductance of 10.15 nH, and a capacitance to ground of 0.1 pF.
