The #30 contact provides reliable mechanical and electrical connections to the mated transistor lead and provides a pin-diameter acceptance range from 0.015” to 0.025”. Current rating is 3A per position. Both through-hole and surface-mount transistor sockets employ high-temperature thermoplastic suitable for both wave and reflow soldering.
