RJ-45s Now Available In Feed-Through Models

Designed with audio/video stage technology and with harsh environments in mind, the EtherCon series RJ-45 connectors now include the NE8FDP feed-through component in a D-size metal flange. The unshielded receptacle provides eight contacts with a current rating of 1.5A and a dielectric strength of 1 kVacRMS. Contact resistance is less than 10 m? and insulation resistance is in excess of 500 M?. Other features include an estimated life span of greater than 1,000 mating cycles. NEUTRIK USA, Lakewood, NJ.
