Groomed for field-installable power distribution systems, the Powerlock connectors withstand severe operating conditions and promise a high level of safety and reliability. The connectors use a bayonet-mating topology and come in four standard formats: panel source, panel drain, line source, and line drain. Source connectors come with a male contact that employs a rigid finger-proof nose and a slot for the secondary locking pin. The drain connectors include a female contact with a spring-loaded, finger-proof nose and an O-ring. Line or panel connectors support cable attachment and panel mounting, respectively. All connectors in the series connectors have a maximum voltage rating of 3 kV and are available in 400A and 660A versions. Other shared features include IP67 sealing, shock protection to IP2X specifications, and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +125°C. Price for a mated pair starts at $70.
