A rigid material for fiber optics offering a transition temperature of 150° C, TRA-BOND LX90045 applications include fiber optic termination, bonding and sealing optical components, and small area potting. This material exhibits superior adhesion to glass, ceramics, metals and plastics. A low viscosity epoxy, this material is easily mixed and handled at room temperature and cures quickly at elevated temperatures. Its usable life at room temperature is more than 4 hours.
