A fine-line Fodel photoimageable silver conductor composition is available for co-firing with the firm's 951 Green Tape substrates. Offering extremely high conductivity, the Fodel 6453 Ag composition produces dense fired conductors on 951 Green Tape

A fine-line Fodel photoimageable silver conductor composition is available for co-firing with the firm's 951 Green Tape substrates. Offering extremely high conductivity, the Fodel 6453 Ag composition produces dense fired conductors on 951 Green Tape with smooth parallel edges on internal or surface layers. Conductor lines are patterned on the surface of unfired Green Tape using UV light and an aqueous development process. After registration, lamination and a single co-firing step, the 6453 Fodel Ag composition is capable of patterning 50-µm lines and spaces. The standard Green Tape process is limited to 100-µm patterns through screen printing.
