The Bond-A-Matic 3000 system simplifies adhesive dispensing and reduces overall adhesive costs. The pneumatically-operated dispensing system, which is compatible with most of the firm's adhesives, provides precision control for dispensing low-, medium- and high-viscosity anaerobic, cyanoacrylate and light-curing adhesives. Designed for use with 200-gram tubes, and 1-lb., 1-liter and 2-kgram bottles, it eliminates the need for small container premiums to reduce costs by up to 50%. By controlling the amount of adhesive dispensed with the unit's handheld Vari-Drop applicator valve, operators can reduce the fatigue often associated with adhesive dispensing.
