SolderPlus is a tacky blend of flux-coated alloy particles that can be applied to every contact in advance, then individually heated or batch reflowed with any standard method to produce strong, reliable electrical connections. SolderPlus is packaged in 35, 75 and 150 gram syringes for use with manual or automatic dispensing equipment.
