The TM-2000 universal applicator press is designed for mid-volume, semi-automatic bench operations. It accepts most industry-standard applicators and is factory-set to an industry standard shut height of 135.8 mm to reduce set-up time and minimize operator error. The press is electrically controlled and features a single-cycle flywheel design, a quick release baseplate, a safety interlock switch on the front guard, and an automatic counter for batch counting. Meeting OSHA safety and noise requirements, the unit is also said to be easy to maintain because all bearings are sealed. Pricing for the press is $2,995, with a lead-time of one week typical.
