BNC Crimper Speeds Setup, Reduces Injuries

The CTB-1 BNC crimping tool is designed to consistently produce quality crimps while speeding installation efficiency and reducing fatigue and risk of repetitive motion injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome. This lightweight and fully portable crimper can be actuated by hand or foot pedal and operates at 32 cycles per minute.
For critical and exacting applications, the CTB-1 crimping tool fully meets the requirements of MIL-C-22520/5 requirements for BNC crimp connectors. The only other device needed for operation is a regulated, filtered and lubricated 95- to 120-psi air supply.
The BNC crimper comes with a foot activation switch and one die set. Price for the tool is $2,800. A matched air compressor, Model #CTBPPS-1, is available for $820.
