Touted as the first of its kind, the DIP-R-SIZER provides static protection when straightening the pins on 0.300" or 0.600" center DIP ICs. In use, the IC requiring straightening is placed on either side of the inside of the tool, depending on center spacing. One squeeze brings the handles together and brings the leads into a tolerance of 0.320" or 0.620". By eliminating the need for additional anti-static devices or complex pin-straightening equipment, the DIP-R-SIZER can lower costs for users. Pricing starts at $23 each in quantities up to 24.
