Handling both power and signals for factory automation equipment, the M27 circular connector line is now available in 26- and 28-pin configurations. The interconnects are said to be suitable replacements for DB-25 D-Sub connectors, which are limited to 30V and low current. The M27 connectors are rated for 150V and 8A and accommodate wire sizes up to 18 AWG. They are available with PVC or PUR cable jackets, in male or female versions, standard and custom lengths, and with either pigtail or extension cords.
